AutoShip Program

AutoShip is a service set up for customers in the European Union who want the same order sent automatically each month, every other month, or quarterly. This service is not only convenient for those who do not want to have to call each month for a standing order, but for those with a monthly AutoShip, it can help ensure that monthly requirements are met. A Preferred Customer must set up an AutoShip of at least $50 retail ($40 wholesale) in order to receive Preferred Customer pricing. There is no minimum amount for an AutoShip for Independent Business Associates, but Independent Business Associates are encouraged to have an AutoShip of at least $100 BV in order to maximize the benefits of the compensation plan.

Processing your AutoShip

AutoShip orders handled in our UK office are processed on the 10th or 20th of each month. Credit cards are charged on the designated release date, and orders are shipped within two business days. If the 10th of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, AutoShip orders will be charged on the next business day and shipped within two business days.

Shipping rates for AutoShips

Shipping rates for all AutoShips (and subsequent orders) are as follows:

• In the UK, we will ship your package via UPS for a flat rate of $12.00. For those living close to our UK office, we also offer a "will call" pick up option. Details about this option are below.
• For all other EU nations, your AutoShip order will be shipped via DHL for $23.00.
• Subsequent orders placed during the month will be subject to standard shipping rates.

AutoShip Pick-Up Option

For those living close to our UK office, you have the option of picking up your AutoShip at the office rather than having your package shipped to you. To use this option, simply contact Simplexity Health and request for your AutoShip to be processed as a "will call" AutoShip order. For customers who use this option, your package must be picked up within five business days from the date the order was processed. If the package is not picked up within five business days, we will ship your package to your address on file and charge the shipping cost to your credit card on file for your AutoShip. Note: Only the account holder may pick up a package unless prior arrangements are made with the Simplexity Health Europe office.

Managing your AutoShip

Changes to your AutoShip must be submitted to Simplexity Health at least one business day prior to the day your AutoShip is to be processed. You're welcome to call Simplexity Health's freephone order line at 08 000 88 4480 or submit your desired AutoShip changes via fax at +44-01342 824800.
