IBA Advisory Council

SimpleXity's Independent Business Associate Advisory Council (IBAAC) is comprised of select current active field leaders. The role of IBAAC is to represent the wonderful business associates that represent our products. They serve in an advisory capacity to simpleXity on matters relating to the field. They work with the Home Team to ensure sound business practices that support our representatives while promoting the long-term sustainability of our organization. Members of the IBAAC council serve one year terms that may be renewable.

It is an honor and privilege to serve on the IBA Advisory Council. Some of the qualifications and requirements are as follows:

• Sound wisdom, good judgment, discretion, and discernment in life and business
• Unbiased opinions based on good of the whole
• Recommendations in keeping with values and mutual benefit
• See the big picture (outside of their business)
• Deep understanding of the network marketing industry
• Global view with keen insight into world happenings

This is a non-paid position that entails monthly conference calls and one-day council meetings quarterly (usually held the day before major events).
