I started taking Super Blue Green Alpha Sun in October 1995. By April 1996 I noticed that the occasional upset stomach I'd had over the years WAS NO LONGER UPSET! I had not changed my eating habits or anything else. Soon after, I added enzymes and, later still, added the Acidophilus and Bifidus, then Super Q10.
