Simplexity Health is located in the town of Klamath Falls, in beautiful southern Oregon. From our corporate headquarters we can see Upper Klamath Lake, the source of Aphanizomenon flos-aquae, the species of wild blue-green algae that Simplexity harvests, processes, and makes available as a food supplement.

Simplexity Health is a network marketing company, with orders placed by retail customers, Preferred Customers, and Independent Business Associates. Someone who does not want to participate in the network marketing opportunity but would like to purchase Simplexity Health products at wholesale prices can become a Preferred Customer by subscribing to an AutoShip (a standing order) of at least $50 retail ($40 wholesale).

An Independent Business Associate is someone who has purchased an Independent Business Associate kit and has submitted a signed Independent Business Associate Agreement. Upon acceptance by the company of this agreement, an Independent Business Associate is eligible to purchase the products at the wholesale price for resale, and can enroll and sponsor other people into his or her downline as well as being eligible to earn commissions and bonuses in accordance with the terms and provisions of the company's compensation plan.

Since Simplexity Health is a network marketing company, you must register with a sponsor. You can have as much or as little interaction with your sponsor as you want. Some people just want to place an order and have no involvement with a sponsor. Others appreciate the opportunity to work with a sponsor to receive assistance, encouragement, and support in building a business as well as to get helpful product and company information. Just let your sponsor know your wishes when he or she contacts you.

Independent Business Associates need to purchase a $40 Independent Business Associate kit in order to join. There is no charge for becoming a Preferred Customer, but a Preferred Customer must subscribe to an AutoShip (standing order) of at least $50 retail. If neither of these options is of interest, you may purchase products at retail prices.
